We will recommence Tai Chi classes on the 15th of May. I am really looking forward to meeting up with my current and new students. We will warm ourselves on companionship and Tai Chi.
The next workshop will be Mindfulness Based Meditation, and followed by Mind in Motion on the 3rd of June. What a way to hone our skills in not reacting to external events (the weather).

I had a weekend away with Master Liu end of March and then pitched headlong into caring for a relative - interesting how people say take care of yourself but there is little time to do that when enmeshed in these situations. Did take a lot of mindfulness and skill to not get taken away from purpose. I did, however, due to the circumstances not get as much time with my Tai Chi and Chi Gong - time constraints but I did practice with my mind and got in a short rehearsal of how I will modify the Sun form to teach Parkinsons folk, as I have been approached by a carer organisation to do a test of classes.
