I found Vicki's mindfulness meditation course extremely worthwhile. 

When I practise I am calm, more organised and and I am able to prioritise more effectively- this is really important in my role as a nurse - If I do not look after myself I can't spend all day caring for others.It is said that meditation is like 'putting your oxygen mask on first before assisting others'- it is so true! 

Vicki is a great mindfulness teacher.
